Melissa Spaid-Decker grew up in Burtonsville and Fulton, Maryland. She also spent 8 years living in Northwest Ohio. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University with a major in Human Resource Management. She spent 10 years working in Human Resource Management prior to getting her Real Estate license.
Melissa is a passionate Realtor who always has her client’s best interest in mind. She currently resides in Carroll County, MD with her husband and two sons. When she isn’t selling Real Estate she loves spending time with family & friends, traveling, cheering on her sons at sporting events, and competing in running and cycling events.
